Getting there

Franchising can seem quite daunting before you launch.  Franchise Generator can be there for you at every step, and we will guide you through everything that you need.  By leaving the bulk of the drafting of documents to us, you can focus on your core business and do not have to be concerned with the structure of unfamiliar documents. 

We can help you with financial modelling and planning, and will work closely with you all the way to launch.  Our services do not stop there, and we offer ongoing support and advice after you sign up franchisees.

You can also be part of our network and will have access to existing franchisors for guidance and discussions. 

Take the Test

 After reading the sections of the website, and considering whether your business is suitable to franchise, please contact us (see Next Steps or Contact Us) to arrange an initial meeting.  We can guide you on whether we think your business is suitable to franchise, and whether you are ready.  We can also prepare a feasability study based on your business to ensure before going further that franchising is right for your business and you.

Please answer the following questions :

• Is the business that you wish to franchise established and proven?
• Is the core business profitable?
• Is the business capable of replication by other people and in other areas?
• Is there something unique about the business or some barriers to entry for others?
• Does the business have templates and systems in place?
• Does the business have a good website?
• Have you protected your domains and do you have trade marks?
• Do you have sufficient personnel to manage the franchise?
• Is the business able to be run without the primary founder or owner?
• Do you have sufficient funds to pay professional fees and franchise set-up costs?
• Can you dedicate sufficient time away from your business to work on the franchise?
• Are you committed to franchising as your method of expansion?

Results and Next Steps

If you answered yes to all of the first three questions, and yes to all or most of the other questions above, you may be ready to franchise.  Please contact us and see the Next Steps section for how to proceed.

If you did not answer yes to the first three questions, then you may still be able to franchise the business in the future, but may be too early at this stage.  Please contact us to discuss your plans and timing.

If you did not answer yes to the majority of the questions above, you may not be suitable to franchise, or you may just need to take steps or use Franchise Generator for assistance to get you ready to franchise.
