Growth pictureOnce your business has started franchising and is entering its growth phase, we can be there to support you. We can assist you in a similar way to your own assistance of franchisees. This means that we can be available to you for queries, advice, support and to give you updates and suggested improvements.


In addition, we can hold regular reviews with you, usually once a month at first and then quarterly or six-monthly as required. In between, you can arrange extra help if you need it, and can call us with issues or concerns.


It can be difficult being the franchisor and having to manage the network with no-one to turn to. With Franchise Generator, you can have that sounding-board and advice centre, or even just someone to give you feedback on your ideas. Our fees can be based on retainer, percentage of franchising revenue (not your core business), daily or hourly rates or any other basis agreed with you.

Additional services for established franchisors

Franchise Generator can provide the usual levels of support and advice as set out above to existing franchisors even if they did not use Franchise Generator to set up their franchise. We can also tailor solutions for existing franchisors that can include greater levels of service.


For example, for one existing large franchisor, we rewrote the legal documents and all the existing manuals and documentation, and now continue to work with the franchisor on an ongoing retainer basis acting as their "Head of Legal" and "Head of Strategic Franchising". Élise Billy attends board meetings and key events, and oversees all legal requirements as well as advising the CEO on an ongoing basis.


As another example, we can arrange to be your outsourced franchise manager, dealing with your franchisees' queries and / or recruitment or training process. We can arrange for this to be on a part-time or shared basis, which can be a cost-effective solution if you have a network that is not large enough to justify hiring a full-time franchise manager but is large enough to need more time than the key management team can afford.


Alternatively, we can manage all queries and support from your franchisees on an outsourced basis, leaving you free to concentratate on the growth of the core business.
