Flexibility

Although Franchise Generator recommends the full package of services to set up your franchise network professionally and quickly, we offer flexibility and can assist you to a lesser extent if required based on an hourly rate. Our full package has been designed to be more cost effective than an hourly rate for the same services and ensures that you have everything that you need to franchise your business. However, if you are already an experienced franchisor then you may prefer to work with us on only certain elements of the set-up.

For established franchisors, we offer various options including outsourcing franchisee management, document management, overhaul of your systems and documents or ongoing support. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Everything you need to franchise

Franchise Generator offers a complete solution to expanding your business by franchising.  Almost uniquely, we can even prepare all your legal documentation (see One-Stop solution) through the law firm also run by our team. 

We never forget that the customers are at the centre of the entire business and it is important that the core business succeeds above everything else.  That is why it is better to leave the non-core business, setting up the franchise, to us.  You can continue to focus on your business and customers. Supporting the franchisor

We view our arrangement with you like a franchise arrangement.  As a franchisor, you will be offering franchisees a set-up package, training, templates, documents and assistance to give them everything that they need to operate.  For this you charge a set-up fee.  On an ongoing basis, you will then give your franchisees ongoing support, assistance and updates to the system in return for a percentage of their revenue. 

That is almost exactly how we operate with you.  We charge you a set-up fee in return for our set-up package that includes all the planning, preparation, templates, documents and assistance that you need to franchise your business. On an ongoing basis, we then give you ongoing support, assistance and updates in return for a percentage of your revenue.  Our ongoing percentage is 80% less than some competitors and is only based on your franchising revenue, not your own core business revenue.  We structure the fees this way so that our own success is aligned to yours, just as yours is aligned to your franchisees' success.  Just like with your own franchisees, we only ask you to commit to the initial term with us, and you have the option on whether to renew if you think that we have added value to your business.
