Flexibility

Although Franchise Generator recommends the full package of services to set up your franchise network professionally and quickly, we offer flexibility and can assist you to a lesser extent if required based on an hourly rate. Our full package has been designed to be more cost effective than an hourly rate for the same services and ensures that you have everything that you need to franchise your business. However, if you are already an experienced franchisor then you may prefer to work with us on only certain elements of the set-up.

For established franchisors, we offer various options including outsourcing franchisee management, document management, overhaul of your systems and documents or ongoing support. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Franchisor experience day

 As part of our initial set-up services, we can arrange as an optional extra for you to spend a day, or a half-day, with a highly experienced existing franchisor.  The person you will spend the day with will be the managing director or a senior-level director or manager within an established network and will be drawn from our Panel of Experts (see under About Us section).   You will be matched to an appropriate franchisor and will go to his or her office for the experience day.

During the day, or half-day, you will be able to see the franchise in operation and to view the processes and systems used. You will spend dedicated time with your expert, following our pre-arranged agenda, and will be able to ask as many questions as you want.  You will hear about the successes and failures, mistakes made in the early days to avoid you repeating them, and gain useful tips and guidance. 

The franchisor that you meet will not be involved in a directly competing business, but will be involved in a similar sector of the market, for example business services, or consumer retail, so that the experience day is relevant but not a conflict.

You will be asked to sign a confidentiality deed before meeting the franchisor, and you may not be permitted to see all trade secrets, but you will gain invaluable insider knowledge and guidance to help you to set up your own franchised network. 

The fees for the franchisor experience day are paid to the franchisor expert, and this service is not available as a stand-alone service, but can be included within your Franchise Generator set-up package. 

Access to the Franchise Generator / EXB Legal network

In addition to the franchisor experience day, all clients of Franchise Generator or EXB Legal who use our ongoing systems are part of our extended network.  This means that you can use the log-in area of this website for discussions, advice and tips to help each other.  You will have the opportunity of meetings and informal drinks to help you to network with each other and to get to know other franchisors .
