About Élise Billy

EXB is managed by one of the UK's leading franchise specialists, Élise Billy, who will personally be involved in all aspects of your franchising support.

Élise Billy has a MBA (Masters of Business Administration) and has run several of her own firms as well as having worked internationally for Sema Group, a large multinational plc. This means that she really can appreciate the commercial issues that are facing you.

Her academic background includes her law degree from Oxford University, First Class Honours in Law Society Finals (legal professional exams), and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France, one of the world’s leading international business schools.

Élise speaks several languages and is highly computer literate including having been UK managing director for an international internet consultancy. Her other commercial experience includes directing a management consultancy in London focusing on investment deals, business plans, financial forecasts and management strategy.

Élise is to our knowledge the only specialist dual-role franchise consultant and specialist franchise lawyer in the UK who is dual-qualified with both her legal and business qualifications and direct experience in both areas.  See the One-Stop solution page for information on how Élise can help with all aspects of setting up and managing your franchise network.

Élise also offers other consultancy services through EXB unrelated to franchising, including in relation to procurement, management consultancy, business coaching and training. She works on a retainer basis at Board of Director level with several large companies. Élise's main home is on the Costa Blanca in Spain, but with her entire client base in the UK, she frequently flies back for meetings, or carries out work by internet or video conferencing.
